Dortmund want to loan Chelsea star with buy clause

Borussia Dortmund have proposed to sign Chelsea midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka on loan with an option to buy in the summer, according to Patrick Berger.
The Englishman has been out-of-favour under manager Enzo Maresca, and he is free to leave the club before the transfer deadline on Monday night.
Dortmund have now made the proposal to sign him on loan. They are prepared to include a buy clause worth €30 million for the summer.
Chukwuemeka has already given the green light for the move, but the final decision rests on Chelsea, who are eyeing a higher buy clause fee.
The Blues value him in the region of €40m. In our opinion, Dortmund could eventually convince them to accept a €35m buy-back option.
Apart from Chukwuemeka, the Blues are also expected to loan out Ben Chilwell. A deal has already been agreed with Crystal Palace.
Chilwell will make the final decision. He could either join the Eagles this winter or stay at the Blues before a permanent summer exit.
