Follow these exercises to strengthen, tone, and sculpt your arms.





































Bicep Curls
This a classic exercise that targets the front of the upper arms. Hold dumbbells in each hand and curl them toward your shoulders, keeping elbows close to your body.




































Tricep Dips
This exercise target the back of your arms. Use a chair or bench, place your hands on it, and lower your body until your elbows are at a 90-degree angle, then push back up.




































Push-Ups
Push-ups work your chest, shoulders, and arms. Get into a plank position and lower your body to the ground, then push back up to the starting position.




































Dumbbell Shoulder Press
This exercise helps tone your shoulders and upper arms. Hold dumbbells at shoulder height and press them overhead, fully extending your arms.




































Tricep Kickbacks
Tricep kickbacks focus on the tricep muscles at the back of your arms. Bend forward, hold dumbbells, and extend your arms straight back while keeping your elbows close to your body.




































Plank to Push-Up
This move works your core, shoulders, and arms. Start in a plank position, then push up into a push-up position, one hand at a time, and lower back down into a plank.
