Easy and Healthy Chia Seed Pancake Recipe For Breakfast

































Ingredients










1 tbsp chia seeds (soaked in 3 tbsp water)
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Butter or oil for cooking













































Soak the chia seeds in water for 10 minutes to let them expand fully.













































In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.













































Then, add the egg, milk, vanilla extract, and soaked chia seeds to the dry ingredients.













































Stir everything together until you achieve a smooth, lump-free batter.













































Next, heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.













































Serve the pancakes warm with your favourite toppings, such as fresh fruits, honey, or nut butter.
